Privacy Policy

The short version

This website does not collect personal information from you. It sets no cookies of its own and runs no analytics or advertising trackers, and nothing you type into it is sent to us by the site itself. You can read every page without giving us anything. The one exception to "nothing loads from anyone else" is the Google map on each property page, described below.

What the site does not do

We do not use cookies, web beacons, or similar tracking technology. We do not run Google Analytics or any other analytics service. We do not use advertising or remarketing pixels. There is no server of ours receiving anything you type. We do not build profiles of visitors, and we do not sell or share visitor information, because we do not have any to sell or share.

What happens automatically

Two things happen when any browser loads any website, and they happen here too. A third happens on property pages.

First, our hosting provider receives the ordinary request information every web server receives — your IP address, the page requested, the time, and your browser's user agent — and may keep it in server logs for security and reliability. We do not use those logs to identify individual visitors.

Second, the site loads its typefaces from Google Fonts. Loading a file from another company's server means your browser contacts that server directly, and that server can see your IP address. We have no control over what Google does with that information, and their own privacy policy governs it. Everything else this site displays — every photograph, including the portraits on our About page, and the map of our markets — is served from this website.

Third, each individual property page ends with a map from Google Maps, embedded so you can zoom, look around, and get directions. When that map loads, your browser contacts Google directly, and Google may set its own cookies inside the map, as it does anywhere its maps are embedded. That is governed by Google's privacy policy, not this one. No other page on this site loads the map.

Services we link to are not covered by this policy

Our Tenant Portal and our rental application are operated by a third party, not by us. When you follow one of those links you leave this website, and everything that happens after that — the account you create, the payments you make, the documents you upload — is governed by that provider's own terms of service and privacy policy, not by this one. Please read their terms on their site.

The same is true of any other outside website we link to. A link is not an endorsement of that company's privacy practices, and we cannot answer for them.

If you contact us

Our contact page has a message form, and it is worth being precise about what it does: it does not send anything to us or to anyone else. Filling it in and pressing send opens your own email application with the message already written, and nothing leaves your device until you send it yourself, from your own mail account. Nothing you type is transmitted to this website, stored by it, or seen by any third party.

When you do write to us — through that form, or by calling or emailing us directly — we will have whatever you choose to tell us, and we will use it to answer you and to carry on the business you contacted us about. We do not add callers or correspondents to a marketing list.

Children

This is a commercial real estate website. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone through it.

Changes, and how to reach us

If we add anything to this site that collects information — a form, an analytics tool, a scheduling widget — we will update this page before or when we do. The date at the top tells you when it last changed.
