Clement Ziroli, Jr.
Clem’s primary responsibilities at Diamond Creek Holdings (DCH) include acquisition, development and leasing. Prior to DCH, Clem was employed by First Mortgage Corporation (FMC) for over 25 years, having most recently served as its President, FMC operated a 50-branch network of residential mortgage banking offices located throughout the Western United States. During his tenure, the company experienced tremendous growth. First Mortgage Corporation and Clem’s commitment to under-served borrowers earned him and the company a congressional citation and the “Finance Champion of the Year” award bestowed by the Department of Commerce. He served on the Board of Directors of the California Mortgage Banking Association (CMBA) and the Community Home Lenders Association (CHLA). He has spoken about mortgage-related issues before numerous state and federal congressional audiences, regulatory agencies and the White House. In addition to his role with FMC, he managed a number of other companies focused on real estate acquisition, management and construction. Through his companies and affiliates, Clem has participated in thousands of “flip” transactions, amassed a substantial portfolio of commercial, industrial and residential properties, and developed a multitude of projects. In addition to his involvement in the real estate sector, he co-founded Nutrishop, a national chain of sports nutrition superstores.
Clem holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from the University of Southern California (USC), and is a licensed Real Estate Broker and General Contractor in both Nevada and California.
